We proudly offer international shipping services, although there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you find yourself in one of these countries, we will contact you promptly.

Lost/Missing Packages

Romantic Lamps cannot be held liable for incorrectly provided addresses during the checkout process. It is essential to ensure the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before placing your order. In the event of our error, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no additional charge.

Customs

Combined Shipping

For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may occasionally be sent in separate packages, even if combined shipping was selected.
